The Air Duct Cleaning
Air ducts are supposed to keep our home clean and pollutant free. However, in a lot of cases, and because dust and other pollutants are left to build up in the ducts and surrounding system, they may do little more than circulate those very toxins around our homes. Through routine and thorough air duct cleaning, it is possible to minimize the risk and reduce the debris that makes its way into the breathable atmosphere within our homes. Each air duct cleaning service may have slightly different procedures, but those that are NADCA certified should all follow a similar procedure.

Step 1 - Pre-Cleaning Inspection
Prior to the air duct cleaning process taking place, a thorough inspection should be conducted. The pre-cleaning inspection should highlight any problems and generally outline the condition of the HVAC and air cleaning system within your home. It will also detail the condition and cleanliness of each of the individual components within the system, so that you and the service provider knows what is required.

The Extra Step
We go a step further than providing documents or photos of the inspection. Using a video inspection system we can provide you with video footage that shows your ducts before, during, and after the cleaning process. You don't simply need to take our word for it that we've cleaned your ventilation system, you can now see it with your own eyes.

Step 2 - Fitting The HEPA-Filtered Vacuum And Creating Negative Air Pressure
The RotoBrush system works differently to other cleaning equipment. It dislodges and removes the dirt and debris at the same time, eliminating the need to flush this first through the HVAC system. As such, none of the debris or microbial will filter into the rooms of your house making it a perfectly safe method of cleaning air ducts.

Step 3 - Source Removal
The RotoBrush is a highly evolved piece of duct cleaning equipment. It is used to dislodge and instantly remove the debris from within your ducts and ventilation system. Rather than spewing the debris back round your HVAC system, the RotoBrush immediately collects everything it dislodges making it safer and highly efficient at removing even the most awkward inhabitants.

Step 4 - System Sanitization
We use EPA approved sanitization cleaner to thoroughly cleanse the inside of your ducts and ventilation system. This cleaner is the same type of cleaner that is used in hospitals and other areas where the utmost cleanliness is of paramount importance. We do advise that homeowners vacate the premises during this process, which will last approximately fifteen minutes.

Step 5 - Documentation And Post Cleaning Report
As with the pre-work documentation, we show you live video footage of the ducts and system once we have finished the cleaning process. This way you know, first hand, that you have a sparklingly clean system that is free from any microbial, dust, debris, mold, and other contaminants that you want rid of.

The Importance Of Air Duct Cleaning
Air duct cleaning helps to remove microbial and bacterial build up as well as dust and debris. All of these can cause health problems ranging from allergies to severe breathing difficulties making the air duct cleaning process a vitally important one. Ensuring that you use an NADCA certified air duct cleaning service helps to ensure that you get the best possible service available to you.
We provide the extra step, every step of the way, to ensure that your ducts aren't just cleaned, they are spotless. We also show you video footage before we start the job so you can be sure it really does need cleaning. We can show you the footage during the process so you can see how effective it is and we will show you exactly how clean the ducts and ventilation system are once we've finished so you can be confident that you made the right choice and that your air is clean.
